Если ставить отсюда то при при запуске мышкой на файл выскакивает см рис 
Так у тебя же сначала не было картинки и попробуй догадайся, для какой надстройки нужен Enabler.

MagiCAD Object Enabler – бесплатное программное приложение к AutoCAD для просмотра чертежей, выполненных в MagiCAD.
MagiCAD Object Enabler позволяет оптимизировать работу с вашими партнерами. Используя приложение, они могут просматривать свойства объектов чертежа, выполненного с помощью MagiCAD, не устанавливая саму программу. Например, посмотреть свойства ВРУ, клапанов, воздуховодов, трубопроводов, спринклеров и пр. или выбрать способ отображения объектов на чертеже: одномерное (в одну линию), двухмерное или трехмерное представление.
MagiCAD Object Enabler реализует принципиально новый подход к содержанию чертежей. Теперь это не просто набор линий и символов. За каждым объектом чертежа закреплены определенные технические и геометрические характеристики. Используя MagiCAD Object Enabler, все подрядные организации, участвующие в проекте, получат возможность использовать дополнительные параметры модели как на стадии проектирования, так и на стадии монтажа или эксплуатации системы.
MagiCAD Object Enabler совместим со всеми последними версиями AutoCAD, кроме AutoCAD LT.
Внимание! Если у вас уже установлен MagiCAD, то вам не требуется отдельно устанавливать MagiCAD Object Enabler.
Обратите внимание, что для установки MagiCAD Object Enabler необходимо иметь права администратора.
Если у вас установлена более ранняя версия MagiCAD Object Enabler, то перед установкой новой версии необходимо деинсталлировать старую.

Step 1: Download and install the Civil Option Enabler
1. The Civil Object Enabler allows you to open and complete work in 3D drawings that originate from AutoCAD Civil 3D. You can download it for free directly from Autodesk for the version of Civil 3D you’re working with:
The AutoCAD Proxy system only allows viewing Civil 3D objects – and then only if the file was saved with the proxies turned on. With the Object Enabler installed, you can both view and manipulate the Civil 3D objects – and regardless of the proxy setting when the file was saved.
Step 2: Verify that you can see Proxy Objects
Type Op in the Command line and press Enter to open the CAD Options dialog box. Select the Open and Save tab.
Under ObjectARX Applications, make the following selections from the menus:
Close AutoCAD or F/X CAD, then re-open your drawing. You should now be able to see and edit 3D objects such as contour lines and labels.
