The first time this happened I was trying to install The Division. I left it downloading, two hours to go. Come back and my PC crashed (This NEVER happens normally). I restarted and was greeted with that screen. Ok, it’s a one off error I think. SO. I wait, 5 hours, finally I can log back in.
Yesterday, after experiencing lots of slow loading times and knowing I’ll play this a lot I decided to move the game to my SSD. Uninstalled the game, changed install location, started download. Nothing. The download is 0Kb/s. Closed Uplay. opened Uplay. ACCOUNT SUSPENDED. This time, it took TENHOURS to unsuspend the account. So, started the download, went to bed. Woke up and my PC had frozen again thanks to ****ty Uplay. Went to log in ACCOUNT SUSPENDED. My account is currently suspended with I suspect 10 hours until I can play again.
I’ve submitted a ticket but basically I haven’t been able to play all weekend thanks to this ****ty launcher. Seriously guys. I’ve used steam for over 12 years and never had issues like this. Being locked out from all my content just because of buggy programming is NOT ok. I was hoping to play The Division this weekend but bye to that plan. Thanks Uplay.

Before I formatted my computer, I was able to log in to my account, but when I tried to format my computer and enter my uplay account again, I got the message that my account was suspended. Since I am the person who tried to log into my account, that is, I am a real person, I provided a notification to the support unit, but I did not receive a response. I am waiting for ubisoft officials to help me by opening a support request from here. I look forward to the removal of the login restriction on my account as soon as possible. Please keep me informed of developments.

So the problem is this:
I played the division yesterday, managed to grind into lvl 30 with my friends.
And in the morning suddenly I had this popup saying my account has been suspended.
it didnt show for how long so it made me insane.
Here are all the details that you commonly asks:
1. I ONLY have 1 uplay account
2. I get the division through nvidia redeem code
3. No, I DIDNT enter my pass wrong multiple times coz it login auto every time I start uplay
4. No, I DIDNT change my pass or my email before this happen
5. No, I DIDNT activate TWICE the division code in uplay
6. Yes, I already sent a support with number #03049372
7. Yes, I already tried the pass reset and it DIDNT work
8. Yes, I have waited MORE than 8 hours hoping I can login into uplay
9. No, I DIDNT cheat or do anything illegal in-game
10. Yes, I use steam for group chat with my friends while in-game
11. No, I didnt harrass other people while in-game
So, there you go, I have provide everything I can think of, and personally
with all that list above, I DONT SEE ANY REASON WHY UPLAY SUSPEND MY ACCOUNT.

I have exact same problem. It is really frustrating how can ruin some ridiculous program really good game.

Донаты в сингле на ПК ломаются почти везде за секунды
когда я покупаю сингл-игру за фулпрайс я как потребитель хочу освоить весь её доступный контент(включая визуальный) не прибегая ко всяким взломам и читам а играя в неё

может быть, но я вижу его как ещё одного посредника между мной и игрой
можно супер дёшево взять лучшее издание (летом купил почти всех ассасинов в лучших изданиях в общей сложности примерно за тысячу)
