Что такое Аирлоки (Таирлоки) и как их правильно установить
Для начала давайте рассмотрим, что такое аирлоки и какие преимущества дает их установка.
При движении по пересеченной местности или грунтам с низкой несущей способностью, очень часто приходится снижать давление в покрышке, чтобы повысить прохо 
димость автомобиля. При низком давлении колесо больше плющиться, и увеличивается пятно контакта с поверхностью земли. Также возрастает способность колеса к деформации при наезде на препятствие. Чем больше у колеса пятно контакта, тем легче внедорожник движется по мягким грунтам, так как его вес распределяется по большей поверхности покрышки, он меньше проваливается и не «режет» колесами грунт. К тому же, при снижении давления в колесах повышается комфортность и плавность хода автомобиля.

Как же Аирлок держит покрышку?
Внутрь покрышки устанавливается аирлок с камерой. При накачивании камеры, аирлок не дает ей раздуться вверх. Камера, через аирлок начинает давить на края покрышки. Запирающая сила давления воздуха не дает покрышке прокручиваться относительно диска при наезде на препятствие, а также препятствуют разбортированию колеса.
Теперь рассмотрим, как правильно установить Аирлоки.
1. В фирменной упаковке тайрлока, есть все необходимое для его установки. Бандаж, камера, металлический вентиль для бескамерной покрышки, а так же пакетик с тальком.
3. Надеваем диск на станок. Распираем диск изнутри, для того чтобы край диска был свободен. Одеваем одну сторону покрышки на диск, после этого аккуратно заправляем аэрлок в покрышку. На аэрлоке есть язык с несминаемыми пластиковыми трубками, благодаря которым после правильной сборки можно быстро спускать и накачивать колесо. Располагаем язык рядом с вентилем.
4. Отгибаем край покрышки, устанавливаем камеру, наживляем гайку на вентиле. До упора не затягиваем.
5. Берем тальк из пакетика и обильно наносим его на камеру. Детскую присыпку желательно нанести на внутреннюю поверхность аирлока до сборки.
Заправляем камеру внутрь аирлока. Камеру желательно сместить, как можно ближе, к центру диска. Чтобы когда воздух начнет надувать камеру, часть камеры не осталась между аирлоком и покрышкой, и камеру не перетерло при езде на низком давлении.
6. Аккуратно надеваем второй край покрышки. Следим за тем, чтобы аирлок при сборке второй стороны не сместился относительно вентиля. На сколько это возможно расправляем аэрлок в покрышке.
7. Подаем воздух в камеру. Следим за тем, чтобы все края покрышки были сбортированы на колесном диске. Накачиваем камеру до 3 Атм. Выкручиваем золотник из вентиля бескамерной резины, и слушаем не травит ли камера. После этого спускаем камеру в ноль. Благодаря этому, камера расправляется в аирлоке и занимает свое место. Накачиваем ее повторно до такого же давления. Надавив на покрышку, Вы должны убедиться в том, что воздух из покрышки выходит спокойно. После этого создаем давление в покрышке около 2 Атм, проводим затяжку гайки на вентиле камеры.
8. Снимаем колесо с шиномонтажного станка и любуемся на результат своей работы. Если автомобиль передвигается достаточно долго по дорогам общего пользования, то можно поставить колесо в балансировочный станок. Разница по грузам (диск на 36 симексе) составляет от 75 грамм до 1000 грамм. Если вес на диск нужен большой, то к вопросу о балансировке лу чше в е рнуться через 300-500 км пробега. Если до 500 грамм, то балансировку лучше проводить по центру диска.
