DASAI RACING TEAM

The Dasai Racing Team has been created to bring the community closer together to form a team that actually creates memories and involvement rather than just a team sticker. All team members start at «baby» level.

Through social media posting of pictures and videos of fun, crazy, funny and all memorable moments tagging @Dasai.co and showing your Racing Team Sticker, you will gain XP and once eligible, Dasai will contact you personally and send you the next level sticker!

All Racing Team Members will be added to a discord server to talk and hang out. Teams should be more than just buying a sticker and doing nothing. Community, involvement and creating memories is the best part of the automotive industry. Dasai’s Racing Team aims to create an actual community of passionate drivers!

DASAI HELP

Thank you for supporting Dasai the community we have built here is amazing. If you have come here via email then here is a little bit of information to help you make up your mind or learn more about Dasai items!

MOCHI, MECHA HEART, SMALL PASSENGER and GEKKO PANELS are all Plug and Play! That means you simply plug in a USB cable provided and they work straight away!

Blinker Kits come with a detailed guide on how to install your kit and there is also a video highlight on the @DASAI.CO Instagram Page!

Every other question you have can be answered by Remy or MOCHI BOT on the website!! Please only message MOCHI BOT and if he cannot help Remy will help you out as soon as he can!

If you have already ordered and have some questions hopefully these points below will help! If you require a replacement or something has gone wrong with shipping please message the MOCHI BOT and MOCHI or DASAI will help you out as soon as they can.

1. I have not received my order yet where is it?

If you haven’t received your tracking yet your order is most likely about to be shipped off! All orders are processed ASAP so it will be out before you know it and your tracking number will be emailed to you!

2. My tracking says something strange or isnt updated!

Sometimes tracking is delayed or not updated but don’t worry! Your package is still on its way and tracking will most likely be updated soon!

3. My wires came unplugged help!

Check the setups below for the wiring for each one! If you plug random wires into random spots you will damage your item and void a replacement!

4. My package arrived damaged!

Please email me at Dasaijapan@gmail.com and I will get to your order within a week.

5. Something is missing from my order!

Do not worry! Email dasaijapan@gmail.com with your order number and the item missing and I will process a package to be sent to you with your missing item!

DASAI WARRANTY

All Dasai Packages will have a 30 day warranty after the package has been delivered. If the product was broken in shipping a replacement will be instantly re-shipped to the customer.

If the product was broken due to user error re-purchase will have to be made to get a replacement but 9/10 times Dasai is willing to give you a discount to help you out!
